Sticky Ball (Mote Lone Yay Paw)



Mote Lone Ye Paw is a kind of dessert and most know as Thingyan food. Myanmar people made this dessert and donate people for free in Myanmar water festival. You can make this with friends, neighbors and family helping you in cheerful community spirits characteristic of Myanmar New Year festival (Thingyan). You can add chilies inside to play a prank on others.

Ingredients

Glutinous Rice Flour (sticky rice flour) 200g

Rice Flour        58g

Flour                2Tbsp

Water                  250g

Pandan Juice    5Tbsp (Take padan leaves and bend in juice blender. Take juice)

Jaggery            5g

Coconut shredded         For serve



Instructions

1.       πŸ˜ŠMix rice flour, glutinous rice flour, flour and water in a bowl and divide into two pieces. Add pandan juice in one dough and mix.

2.      πŸ˜ŠChop jaggery into pieces. Fill them in dough and roll into 1 inch size ball. Put the pot on stove and add water. Put the dough ball when the water is boil.

3.      πŸ˜ŠTake the ball when they come up to water surface. Garnish the rice ball with coconut shredded.
