Crispy Potato and Purple Sweet Potato Cutlet
Hi everyone, welcome back to my kitchen jungle. Today I gonna
make Crispy
Potato and Purple Sweet Potato Cutlet with my two younger brothers. This is a
simple and easy snack for your coffee or tea time. The potato cutlet is crispy
outside and moist and soft inside. And also the flavor is really good. My
recipe is different from others. I used purple sweet potato and the color is so
beautiful.
I used rice flour and sticky rice flour because sweet
potato is a little bit moist. If you use only potatoes, you don’t need to add flour. If you love to taste cheese, add any favorite cheese
in the middle of cutlets.
Ingredients
Potato 4 pics
Purple Sweet Potato 2 pics
Rice Flour 1Tbsp
Sticky Rice Flour 2 to 3 Tbsp
Pepper A little
Salt A little
Fish powder (or) MSG A little
Bread Crumb For Fried
Oil For Fried
Egg 1 pic
Garlic A little
Onion 2 medium
Instructions
1. Boiled all potato and purple sweet
potato until it is cooked and soft. When all potato is cooked, peeled it and pounded in a pounder.
2. Pounded garlic and onion in pounder
(or) chopped into small pieces and mixed into the potato.
3. Mixed potato with rice flour, sticky
rice flour, salt, fish powder, and pepper. Whisk egg in the small bowl and set
aside. Put bread crumbs in a bowl and set aside.
