Spicy Fried Pork liver and heart

everyone! Welcome back to my kitchen jungle. Let’s made Spicy Fried Pork liver and heart
today. Spicy makes people better and decreases the risk of depression and
stress. Spicy food help to weight loss and enhances food taste.
Pork liver
and heart are my favorite food and Myanmar people love to eat pork
chopsticks (street food). There are a lot of recipes to cook pork organs but I
fried them with large amounts of oil and spicy to keep them for some time. Let’s
made it hot today!!
Ingredients
Pork liver
1 pic
Pork heart 1 pic
Oyster
sauce ½ Tbsp
Soy
sauce ½ Tbsp
Fish sauce ½ Tbsp
Ginger powder
a little
Fish Powder or MSG
1 1/2Tsp
Pepper
1Tsp
Crushed Red Pepper
2Tbsp
Garlic 1 hand
Onion
4 Medium
Large (or)
Ready-made Fried Onion 5 to 6 Tbsp
Instructions
1. Wash all meat with vinegar and cut
it into small pieces. (meat size depends on you)
2. Marinated meat with oyster sauce,
ginger powder, soy sauce, fish sauce, fish power (I used Katsuo Dashi fish
powder), and pepper for about 1hr in the refrigerator.
3. Pounded the peeled garlic in the
pounder and fry with a moderate amount of oil until it turns to golden
color.
4. Add all marinated meat to the pan and
fry until it is almost dry. Add crushed red pepper when the meat is dried.
5. Add ready-made fried onion and mix
all.
6. Ready to serve with cooked white
rice.
7. If you
love to taste mala spicy, you can use mala pate when you marinate.
