CP Sausage Stew
Main Ingredients
- CP Chicken Sausages – 3 pieces
- CP Cocktail Chicken Sausages – 5 pieces
- CP Fish Tofu – 4 pieces
- CP Vietnamese Sausages – 2 pieces
- CP Meatballs – 4 pieces
- CP Tofu – 1 pack
- Chicken slices – 3 pieces
- Small onions – 4
- Spring onions – 2 stalks
- Kimchi – 150 g
- Instant noodles – 2 packs
- Mozzarella cheese – 2 slices
- Mustard greens – 1 bunch
- Enoki mushrooms – 1 pack
- Chicken stock – as needed
๐ For the Sauce
- Garlic – 3 tbsp
- Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- Chili powder – 2 tbsp
- Korean gochujang (chili paste) – 1 tbsp
๐ Mix everything together in a bowl

1️⃣ Preparation
- Slice the onions and place them at the bottom of the pot
- Score the sausages lightly with a knife
- Cut tofu, fish tofu, and meatballs into bite-sized pieces
- Wash mustard greens and enoki mushrooms
- Chop the kimchi into smaller pieces
2️⃣ Arrange
- Place all ingredients neatly in the pot in layers
3️⃣ Cooking
- Add the prepared sauce
- Pour in chicken stock
- Bring to a boil over medium heat
4️⃣ Final Step

Once boiling:
- Add instant noodles
- Add mozzarella cheese
- Cook until the cheese melts
